At Amadeus we aim to provide a high level of superior service to our customers. To help us achieve that goal we constantly need to have your feedback in order to know what we do well and what we could do better.

From Thursday 13th June you will be able to tell us what you think, thanks to our new Customer Support Survey which we will send you via e-mail following your contact with the Amadeus Help Desk.

This initiative will give you the chance to provide immediate feedback on how your question was handled and resolved. We will then use your feedback to do more of what you like and to improve the areas where you think we can do better.

We look forward to working with you on this initiative which will help us reach our goal – to deliver a superior service.
