Introducing your one-stop Service Hub

e-Support is changing. We’ve given it a new mobile friendly makeover, a new name and lots of additional features to make your lives easier. Amadeus Service Hub is replacing e-Support
Centre as Amadeus Customer Service’s online Portal. Say hello to the new Amadeus Service Hub which goes live on Monday 5th June.

There’s more knowledge and training materials, improved search features and a simplified navigation to find what you need a lot quicker. In response to your feedback we’ve just made it easier to use. The way that you log your cases will not change; to log or view cases just click on contact Amadeus link.

The new web address is – save it to your favourites. Or you can access it from the Service Hub or e-Support link in the help menu in Selling Platform Connect. For the older version of Selling Platform just look for the new icon. If you don’t see the tab please shut down and reopen.

Finding what you need should be self-explanatory but if you need them, Quick Cards can be found on the Service Hub home page under “User guides”. Or you can contact the Service Desk should you need further help.
