Quick Tip: Shortcuts when Calling the Amadeus Service Desk

When you contact the Service Desk by telephone, you will be greeted with 2 menu options in order to direct you to the appropriate team. To get you through to the right team as quick as possible, here are some shortcuts for you to use;

Press 1 for the Functional Support Team. This team deals with any of the following support subjects;

  • Sign Management (please refer to your Local security Administrator in the first instance)
  • PNR enquiries and security
  • Name changes (please ensure you contact the airline and have authorization in the booking, prior to calling)

Press 2 for the Technical Support Team. This team deals with any of the following support subjects;

  • Certificate recycles
  • Certificate audits
  • Pro Printer
